Every track follows the same three steps: the manual and a quiz before class, supervised practice on live models, and a credential awarded only when the standard is met.

Mastering Paramedical Billing
Entity structure, HIPAA, coding conventions, insurance billing and the back office that turns a service into a livelihood.
Powder Botox Masterclass
Powder micro-infusion for aestheticians, nurses, physicians and paramedical practitioners adding non-invasive facial work.
Tuition as of October 2026. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable. Financing through Affirm, Klarna and Cherry, subject to approval.
II. The founder
She teaches the discipline she practised into being.
Dr. Cecilia Rusnak is a licensed acupuncture physician, a licensed medical aesthetician and a Doctor of Acupuncture, with an associate degree in paramedical aesthetics from Florida College of Natural Health. Areola restoration after mastectomy, scar camouflage, stretch mark restoration and inkless techniques are the work of her clinical career, and she assesses every candidate who will carry it forward.

Enrollment begins with a conversation, not a checkout. The candidacy call confirms the right credential before any deposit.

A call with the Academy to confirm fit, prerequisites and the right starting credential.
Step 3Reserve your seat
Choose a city and dates. The deposit holds your place; the balance is due one week before class.
Step 4Study the manual
The manual arrives before class. Candidates are quizzed on it before the first practical.
Step 5Train, assess, credential
Live-model practice under Dr. Rusnak's supervision, then the credential, signed, when the standard is met.

Which credential should I start with?
Most candidates begin with the Paramedical Tattoo Certification. It is the foundation credential, and the others build on it. The 3D Areola Masterclass requires prior paramedical training. The candidacy conversation confirms fit.
How is the Academy different from a paramedical tattoo school?
Schools teach trades. The Academy sets a standard, assesses candidates against it and awards its own credential to those who meet it. Every candidate is quizzed on the manual before class and every practical is supervised by Dr. Rusnak.
Who teaches the programs?
Dr. Cecilia Rusnak teaches every credential, in person and online. She holds a PhD, is a licensed medical aesthetician and a Doctor of Acupuncture, and earned an associate degree in paramedical aesthetics at Florida College of Natural Health. The Certificate of Advanced Professional Training is signed by her.
Where does training take place?
At the Academy's clinical home, Healing Skin Medical Aesthetics, 1107 Person Street, Kissimmee, in the Greater Orlando area, and in New York, Houston and Las Vegas on a rotating schedule.
How long is each program?
The Paramedical Tattoo Certification and the 3D Areola Masterclass are each three days: one day of home study (student manual and open-book quiz), then two days in person with Dr. Cecilia. The Masterclass follows the certification in each city, so taking both is six days: two home-study days, then four days in person in one trip. Mastering Paramedical Billing is an online cohort. The Powder Botox Masterclass is one day in person, or self-paced online.
What does it cost, and is financing available?
Tuition is published on the enrollment page for each credential, with the deposit due at enrollment and the balance one week before class. Financing is available through Affirm, Klarna and Cherry, subject to approval, and payment plans can be arranged directly with the Academy.
Is the credential a licence?
No. An Academy credential documents training and assessment. Offering any treatment commercially requires the licences and registrations your state and county require, and candidates verify their scope with their governing board in writing.
Does the Academy help with insurance billing?
Mastering Paramedical Billing teaches the coding conventions, billing process and compliance framework. It is education, not a billing service, and the Academy does not promise reimbursement outcomes.
