Four tracks. One certifying academy.
Each track culminates in a credential awarded by Dr. Rusnak Academy. The Academy does not teach a trade. It establishes a standard, certifies those who meet it, and convenes the community of practitioners who carry it forward.
The four credentials
Begin with the foundation. The others build on it.
Paramedical Tattoo Certification
Scar camouflage, stretch mark restoration, inkless technique and the clinical fundamentals every other credential builds on. Scar camouflage is assessed as a named competency within this credential.
3D Areola Masterclass
Areola colour restoration and 3D areola tattooing for post-mastectomy patients. The work that defined the discipline.
Mastering Paramedical Billing
Entity structure, HIPAA, coding conventions, insurance billing and the back office that turns a service into a livelihood.
Powder Botox Masterclass
Powder micro-infusion for aestheticians, nurses, physicians and paramedical practitioners adding non-invasive facial work.
Tuition as of October 2026. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable. Financing through Affirm, Klarna and Cherry, subject to approval.
The standard
What every Academy credential includes.
Curriculum
A defined body of clinical, regulatory and technical material. Documented, taught and practised.
Completion
Supervised hands-on practice on live models or live cases. Credentials are awarded on completion of the training; there is no examination.
Instruction
Direct instruction by Dr. Cecilia Rusnak PhD, LME, DAc, at the Academy's clinical home and at hosted programs in New York, Houston and Las Vegas.
Credential
A formal certificate issued by Dr. Rusnak Academy and signed by Dr. Rusnak, meant to be displayed, framed and earned.
